Las presentes disposiciones regulan el uso del servicio del portal de Internet (en adelante, el ‘Portal’) que CONSEJO REGULADOR DE LA D.O.P. JABUGO pone a disposición de los usuarios de Internet.

The access to our website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network hired by each user. Some services are exclusive for our clients and the access is restricted.

The use of the portal attributes the condition of user of the portal, (from now on, the "user"), and imply conformity with all the conditions that are included in this legal notice. The provision of the Portal service has a duration limited to the moment where the user is connected to the portal or to any other service provided through it. 2. Protection of personal data.

2.1. Incorporation of data to a file.

Los datos recabados a través de los formularios de recogida de datos del Portal serán tratados por el CONSEJO REGULADOR DE LA D.O.P. JABUGO de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el REGLAMENTO GENERAL DE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS.

Dichos datos serán incorporados a los ficheros correspondientes del CONSEJO REGULADOR DE LA D.O.P. JABUGO y se tratarán de manera lícita, leal y transparente en relación con el interesado.
Los datos recogidos por CONSEJO REGULADOR DE LA D.O.P. JABUGO se utilizarán con la finalidad de gestionar las relaciones comerciales y de negocio con sus clientes y demás interesados y no serán tratados de manera incompatible con dichos fines.

Se tratarán únicamente los datos que sean adecuados, pertinentes y limitados a lo necesario en relación con los fines para los que son tratados. Los datos serán conservados únicamente durante el tiempo necesario para los fines del tratamiento.

2.2. CV´S.

CV´S received through the forms, emails or links of this website will be treated by the REGULATORY COUNCIL OF THE PDO JABUGO and will be used in the recruitment processes of the REGULATORY COUNCIL OF THE PDO JABUGO.

2.3. Rights of the interested parties.

2.5. Personal data of minors.

REGULATORY COUNCIL OF THE PDO JABUGO believes that children deserve specific protection of their personal data, since they may be less aware of the risks, consequences, guarantees and rights concerning the processing of personal data. Such specific protection must be applied in particular to the use of personal data of children for marketing purposes or the development of personality or user profiles, and to obtain personal data relating to children when services offered directly to a child are used. REGULATORY COUNCIL OF THE PDO JABUGO complies with the Convention of November 20, 1989 on the Rights of the Child, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations, and Organic Law 1/1996, of January 15, on the Legal Protection of Minors, approved by the Spanish Parliament , as well as similar legislation enacted in other countries to protect minors.

3. Conditions of use of the portal.

3.1 General

The User undertakes to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will respond to the REGULATORY COUNCIL OF THE PDO JABUGO or against third parties, of any damages that may be caused as a result of breach of said obligation.

3.2 Contents.

The User undertakes to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with the other conditions, regulations and instructions that may apply.

For information purposes only, the User, in accordance with current legislation, must refrain from:

3.3 Data collection forms

All information provided by the User through the Portal forms for the above purposes or any other must be true. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated and will maintain the information provided to the REGULATORY COUNCIL OF THE PDO JABUGO perfectly updated so that it responds, at all times, to the real situation of the User. REGULATORY COUNCIL OF THE DOP JABUGO does not know the contents and services of the Linked Sites and therefore is not responsible for the damages caused by the illegality, quality, outdated, unavailability, error and uselessness of the contents or services of the Linked Sites or for any other damage that is not directly attributable to the DOP REGULATORY COUNCIL JABUGO

5. Intellectual and industrial property.

All the contents of the Portal, understood by them as merely enunciative texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the ' Contents'), are the intellectual property of the PDO REGULATORY COUNCIL JABUGO or third parties, without being able to be understood as assigned to the User any of the exploitation rights recognized by the current regulations on intellectual property on them, except those that are strictly necessary for the use of the Portal.

Trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of the REGULATORY COUNCIL OF THE PDO JABUGO or third parties, without it being understood that access to the Portal attributes any right over the aforementioned brands, trade names or distinctive signs.

7. Comunicación de actividades de carácter ilícito e inadecuado.

El presente Aviso Legal se rige en todos y cada uno de sus extremos por la ley española y europea que sea de aplicación, en particular el  Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016 relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos (en adelante RGPD) datos y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.
